Who was a better President: Vicente Fox or Felipe Calderon?

Well, all Fox did was to change the government that had been controlled by the same political party for so long. And Calderon I believe had and still has good intentions, but some stuff didn't work out so well for him. Not the greatest president, but then again, all presidents have at least one fault
