Is Jerryd Bayless underrated?

Jose Calderon got injured and finally he has been able to start... in the 4 games as a starter he scored 26, 23, 19, and 28 points.. while dishing out 8 assists a game. Is he underrated? He plays alot like Westbrook and Rose, plus he plays tenacious defense because he completely shut down Rose a few games ago.
