What can I do with some leftover tequila?

I have a little bit of tequila but nothing to mix it with except orange juice, milk, coca-cola, water, and maybe lemonade (also sugar, salt, etc). Is there a good drink I can make with some combination of these ingredients? I live in Georgia and we have this dumb law that prevents us from buying alcohol on Sunday so I can't go out and buy a six-pack. I want a nice drink because it's hot and I'm thirsty.
