What can i expect from this exercise routine?

very very slow gain, i used to be fat then i began swimming 1 miles every day freestyle then in winter it got to cold and i ran 4miles a day and did 115 crunches a day, what you should do if this is weight loss is cardio atleast 5 times a day and not walking, next time you do your work out go to a treadmill and do a test to see how far you can jog on it, you should put the speed at aroung 6miles/h since this is a decent speed and see if you can run 5km if you can do this and find it semi-difficult then do it everyday for the most part.
