If U.S. immigration laws are driving Mexicans to be anti-American, why do they continue to come to the U.S.?

I don't know why we give two {expletives} what the Mexican president thinks. Mexico's immigration laws are very strict, yet he wants the U.S. to allow illegals from Mexico in at will. The guy is a 100% hypocrite.
