Pain urinating after 5 hours in a pool today?

I spent a long time in the pool today, around 4-5 hours. I spent around 3 hours straight in at some point, and I drank quite a lot of fluids which included lager and Cola drinks. Mostly cola drinks though. I had to urinate often, which I did. Have I developed some sort of kidney/urination infection or have a reaction to chlorinated water?
