Pain in heart since childhood?

my husben is 25yrs old n he has this heart pain since he waz child he went to doctor they told him some asthima problem but after that he never went to dr but the pain remains the same it happen for few seconds some times for a min they he all fine but today he is havin pain n feelin heavy at left side i m so worried please help....
