NBA: You be their GM. Are the Raptors extinct?

I dont see the raptors making any major moves by the deadline. They dont really have anything to offer to potential free agents or star players. They are a young team in transition. They will get a high draft pick and maybe can get a good rookie to help rebuild the franchise.
