My Norton 360 All-In-One-Security won't renew when I enter the renewal code?

I think you misunderstand what "use 3 times" means. You buy a subscription every year. You can use it on up to 3 computers but it does not matter if you use 1, 2, or 3 the sub must be renewed every year regardless.
