One bad thing won't weigh down what else you've done. Eating healthy and exercising helps create a good metabolism to stay in shape so, I drink Coca Cola too, I used to be 200 pounds when I was 15 bout 5,6, then when I was 16 I was 160 pounds 6ft tall, not really changing much. Just worry bout the high blood pressure part. Coca makes you gain weight through gas, if you have nothing in there but gas, might as well gain weight, if you have a different substance, the gas counteracts with it and you burp or fart, etc.
