How is Obama going to sue Alabama, Georgia over immigration law after he lost in Arizona?

Word is out he is going to join ranks with Calderon and the other countries that are sueing Georgia but after Obama and Calderon lost their lawsuit in Arizona how does he expect to win against these 2 states?
