Hair dye disaster, help!!?

I wouldn't do anything else to it today. It would cause more damage, and it's just not healthy for your hair at all to do multiple things like that in one day. I would wait until AT LEAST tomorrow. After that, I would try to apply it again, but be careful! If it's still that color, I would go to your local salon, they usually give free advice, (not if it's a high-end salon. Usually the local/privately owned ones do).
