Dealing with a stubborn immature co-worker....I feel like I have tried everything!?

I can't start by saying I am smarter than her....but I do have 4 years of college more than her, and I normally get along with EVERYONE. I am very laid back, caring, rational, calm, hardworking, genuine etc etc etc.....This girl NO MATTER HOW NICE I AM is the biggest complete MFB I don't even swear and she makes me want to do horrible things that I would never actually do, but you may be able to relate to the feeling. I tried so many apologies (that she didn't deserve in most peoples opinion).....I have offered to bring her lunch, offered to let her come in late so she could sleep, I have never done ANYTHING that should result in a "payback" type of action" NOTHING. I have addressed this girl multible times about being civil, respecting me, and tons more. She was caught scraping my license plate tab and got away with it! I offered to do her taxes enroll her in school and SO MUCH MORE as a friend. The boss doesn't care about employee problems (another issue) so going to her DOES and did NOT help. This girl leaves vodka bottles in the garbage at work I would love to get her caught. She is so disrespectful and childish I am just looking for any ideas people. Because my only remaining ideas are not ethical lol!
