Confused on what to take?

Okay, I'm going to UT Austin and Taking English as a Major. Not sure what to Minor in... I'm planning on Taking on Grad school too. I want to become a Fictional Book Editor when I grow up. The Degree I want is Masters, not PhD. I'm a little confused though. I don't think UT has a Master's though, I think the Master's is part of the PhD. Also, the Fields of the Grad School are American Literature; Medieval Literary Studies; Renaissance Literature; 18th-Century British Literature; 19th-Century British Literature; Modern British Literature; Bibliography and Textual Studies; Digital Literacies and Literatures; Drama; Ethnic and Third-World Literature; Language and Linguistics; Poetry and Poetics; Popular Culture and Cultural Studies; Rhetoric/ Women, Gender, and Literature. What should I choose for my Future Career?http://www.utexas.edu/cola/depts/english/. I'm not good at this whole college research thing. Also, do I need to know a Language for Grad school? Please(I know I'm asking a lot) and thank you.
