Are there any other governments/countries aiding Mexico in their internal drug war?

I've been watching Felipe Calderon on television speaking about reducing the violence in Mexico, and they've been utilizing the military in keeping the peace. Because the situation has become a military rule, I expect other governments/countries to be providing military support in some way, but I'm unsure of Mexico's relations internationally. Does anyone know whether there are other countries providing military support to Mexico's government?
